You may use UltraVPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to: engage in illegal activities; distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks; violate the intellectual property rights of others; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); or violate the terms of any third-party service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
UltraVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. To request a refund, contact support@ultravpn.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions; renewal charges are not eligible unless otherwise required by law.
UltraVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UltraVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with UltraVPN are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.
